Welcome to the first Peak Outdoor Fitness Blog..


Hi everyone and welcome to the first Peak Outdoor Fitness Blog post.

Thanks to all the participants of the last Bootcamp - Steve, Todd, Luke, Sarah, Lucy and Jarrod.

You guys put in heaps of effort and I think were starting to see some great results in your fitness levels and strength.

The award for most improved has to go to Sarah with her 1 min push-up fitness test going from 29 to 45!! Great effort Sarah.

With the next Bootcamp due to start on Monday 20th April, I'm looking forward to working with you again and also can't wait to meet and work with some new recruits who have taken the first step to a fitter, and healthier lifestyle.
