April / May Bootcamp


Welcome everyone and congratulations to participants of the April / May Bootcamp.

The group of 10 had some dramatic improvements in strength and endurance over the past month and it's all as a result of their hard work and dedication.

Some of the standout improvements from the fitness tests conducted at the start of the program 4 weeks ago include:


Push-up 1 min max

Jarrod 49 to 60
Jen 33 to 42
Neil 41 to 52
Shae 40 to 46
Taryn 30 to 45
Deanne 30 to 44
Taryn 1.25 to 1.47

Core Strength Plank Hold

Sarah 1.00 to 2.05
Jarrod 1.35 to 2.20
Jen 1.10 to 3.00
Steve 2.30 to 5.00!!
Deanne 1.00 to 1.27

You can't argue with those numbers!! Great work everyone. The hard work has certainly made a difference and I'm sure your all feeling fitter and stronger as a result of the sessions.

With a week off to rest and recover I'm looking forward to continuing to working with you again and building on those numbers and helping you along your fitness journey.

Welcome to all our new members for our April / May Bootcamp that is currently running.

It's great to see everyone out there each night giving it their all.

Special shout out to Shae, Taryn, Mandy, Jen, Laura, Deanne and Neil who have all impressed me with their intensity and never give up attitude.
