Also her 1km run went from 7.35mins down to 6.09mins!! An amazing result Louise. Well done and keep up the great work!!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Jarrod and Steve are neck and neck with their push-ups - both able to complete more than 1 per second with Steve doing 65 and Jarrod 63 in a minute.  Great work boys.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Verity also made some awesome improvements with her push-ups going from 36 to 46 in a minute and her plank hold from 1.15mins to 1.53mins. Congratulations Verity.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sarah knocked a big chunk of time off her 1km run going from 6.51mins down to 6.37.  Nice one Sarah.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Congratulations to all the current bootcamp clients and it's great to see your strength and fitness improving session by session. Great work everyone.
